My name is Matt Rapke, and I am a Registered Professional Planner that provides land use planning consulting services. If you have a development proposal that requires a municipal approval such as a minor variance, severance, zoning amendment, or plan of subdivision, then I can assist you with obtaining your required approvals.

Throughout the application process I will provide you with guidance and advice, consult with municipal planning staff, procure services from specialized consultants (e.g. surveyors, engineers), author planning reports, prepare maps, and present your development proposal at public meetings.

I am located in Markdale, Ontario, and I provide urban planning and land use consulting services primarily within Grey, Bruce, Dufferin, Simcoe, Huron, and Wellington Counties.
